Garden Weddings and Receptions

If you are looking for an outdoor garden wedding you have come to the right source in Paso Robles, CA. We open our Spanish Hacienda style home, a 10-acre property with 450 rose bushes, towering Italian Cypress and an array of other colorful plants from the last week in April through the first week in October in each year for just that "Garden Weddings and Receptions".

We try to accommodate you in any way we are able by allowing your personal items and supplies to be brought to the site three days prior to your event and they can be picked up the day after your event. With our beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. courtyard and grass area we can accommodate up to 300 guests for a reception only or 250 guests for a wedding and reception.  We have a staff of seven people (dressed in black and white attire) who are on the site during your event to do all of your set up and breakdown, show your guests where to park and keep the area neat and tidy. We ask you to do a mock up of what you want your tables to look like and any other décor you have chosen and we do the rest. Our motto is for the bride, groom and their families to have as stress free of a day as possible. We would like you to concentrate on your beauty appointments etc. and just show up here and everything else will be taken care of for you. 

We can help you do your planning by giving suggestions on how to keep your costs down, computer spreadsheets to keep you organized, referrals of other vendors (Caterers, DJ's, Live Musicians, Photographers, Florists, Bakers, Officiates) who have successful events at our location. We have separate clean areas for your vendors to work out of with their own restroom, the use of a large air conditioned room for immediate family who are in the processional to chill out before the ceremony starts, as well as a bride's room and bride's private restroom. We allow you to bring in your own beer and wine (extra charges for hard liquor) we do require a professional security guard and event insurance. If you are serving beer and wine only as your alcohol drinks we will bartend for you.

Items that are included are 60" round tables, banquet tables, chairs, white linens and skirting, flatware, filled salt and pepper shakers that have a 12' table holder attached for your table names or numbers, coolers and other containers for your drinks, and other misc. items such as mini battery packed lights (you furnish the batteries), 60oz. glass globes for table décor, vases for your bridal bouquets, a portable white rod iron gazebo that we cover with white tulle for your cake display and more...Most importantly we will help you coordinate your wedding day with communication from you. 

We only book 10-12 events a season and most of them are on referral. We do not give out our physical address unless you make an appointment to view the property as this is our private residence.
